Giuliani for President?

Really? Rudy Giuliani for President? Does anyone else remember his genius idea to put NYC's emergency command center in WTC7? This was after the WTC complex was bombed in 1993, so it's obviously a target. He must have heard that old wives tale that says lightning doesn't strike the same place twice. Does anyone else think it is ridiculous to support this man for President? Won't he kinda be in charge of the defense of our country? He's not got a real good track record with protecting things.
